🧠 What You’ll Do

As a Founding Engineer, you’ll help shape both the product and the company. This is a 0-to-1 role with real influence—on architecture, on roadmap, on culture.

You’ll:

  • Architect and build the nervous system of the AI OS
  • Design APIs that empower agents to collaborate and extend themselves
  • Build dynamic UIs that make complexity feel invisible
  • Ship fast, ship clean, ship proud
  • Work closely with the founders and set the technical bar for future hires

You’re a builder at heart. You thrive in chaos, love solving hard problems, and want your fingerprints on every part of the product. You’re probably someone who:

  • Learned to code before you knew what a “tech career” was
  • Writes code that’s clean, purposeful, and a joy to build on
  • Hates unnecessary abstractions, and worse—slow meetings
  • Believes in products that feel alive, not bloated and dead inside
  • Wants to build with other passionate people who move fast and care deeply
