React Maestro: You’re not just familiar with React—you know it inside and out. You understand the underlying principles of JavaScript engines and how they interact with HTTP protocols. You keep up with the latest updates from W3C and dive into the detailed papers and RFCs that shape the web.

Standards Advocate: You love standards and patterns around established conventions. You follow protocols closely and appreciate the elegance they bring to complex systems. Building on top of Human Interface Guidelines isn’t just a task for you—it’s a passion.

Accessibility Champion: Accessibility isn’t a burden to you; it’s essential. You understand that everyone has an equal right to access technology, and you believe accessibility should be a standard—not something that’s added later. We are committed to following all standards to ensure inclusivity.

Your Role – Let’s Make the Web and Desktop Seamless Together 🛠️

Build the KerrOS Web Compositor: Develop our web compositor on top of Wayland, creating a 1:1 working experience with Linux desktops. You’ll be at the forefront of unifying the web and desktop environments.
Innovate with React: Use your deep knowledge of React to craft user interfaces that are not only functional but revolutionary. You’ll create components that bridge the gap between web applications and desktop experiences.
Embrace Schema-Driven UIs: Implement schema-driven UI development where UIs are not just designed but mapped together. You believe, as we do, that this is the only sustainable approach—everything else becomes unmaintainable.
Set New Standards: Work on creating and refining Human Interface Guidelines for the web, ensuring consistency and excellence in user experience across platforms.
Integrate Accessibility: Ensure that accessibility is integral to our development process, adhering to all standards and making our technology inclusive for all users.
